Julie Edwards: Bay Area Graphic Designer
In my free time, I can be found glued to my laptop reading fashion and design blogs, revamping thrifted furniture, cooking up a storm with Mr. Edwards, cuddling with my dog Wyatt, playing dress-up with my girlfriends, or dreaming of my next escapade in a far-off land. I am constantly up for adventure, but like most people I struggle to find that perfect balance between work, play, and time for myself. Luckily, my career allows me to feel like my work is play and I was fortunate enough to have made that discovery a while back during a graphic design internship at Blue Lemon in Cologne, Germany. Since then, I have continued to challenge myself with educational courses, hours of hard work, and research on the newest graphic design trends. I now happily freelance from my studio where I dream up big ideas for each of my clients.
I love working with . . .
… companies both large and small who have creative visions and needs. My clients desire conceptual designs and typically need branding, editorial design, prints and patterns for apparel and would most likely sell their right arm for letter pressed business cards! Some of my clients live nearby and some don’t, but location is never a problem since most of our communication can be done via email and phone.
